That's the one I have and it seems to work OK...plenty of flow and 55 psi is about where you want to limit the pressure, so curious as to what's wrong with it.
My experience as well as most people I have ever seen comment on them is that they restrict the flow too much. I know even at Disney Ft Wilderness where the water system can be over 80 psi, that regulator restricted my flow horribly with just the shower running. With the full size adjustable regulator, I notice no reduction in available water volume even with more than one spigot running. All I know is if I had to shower daily with water supplied by one of those, I would just fill my tank and run the pump because it will walk all over that thing.
