I try to wave when passing another RV, especially a fellow Class B, usually on an Interstate Highway, but I'm not sure that at that angle the gesture is easily distinguished from the One Finger Salute so many other drivers give out.
With oncoming traffic, my reaction time is a bit slow, and I don't always wave or recognize that the other RVer may be doing so, depending on how much I'm focused on my own lane.
