Read the little label on your hitch. Based on my 2015, F350 dually with max tow package the receiver hitch pretty much states that anything over 6000 lbs/600 lbs of tongue weight on a 2" tow bar requires WDH and anything over 8500 lbs/850 lbs on 2.5" tow bar requires WDH.
