After reading this thread, all I have to say is wow. Some pretty, let me call them, interesting, people out there.
I welcome the snow birds, immigrants and everyone else. My great grand mother was snarled at and mistreated by people that were already here simply because she was fresh off the boat at the time. The trend is nothing new although the pea brains of the world think this is the first time at the rodeo for that.
Pushy people exist in all walks of life. Snow birds, immigrants or anyone else are no more or less likely.
