I just wonder what these rules are that you disagree with. I've been to all of the places you have been and have never been issued a set of different rules that hindered our stay. :R
I live part-time in CA and have for almost 30 yrs. CA is a beautiful State with so much to offer in such a short distance (mountains, desert, ocean, Giant Sequoia's).
I was just in IL recently and the only thing I don't like are the toll roads. Otherwise, I could have been any State.
I have found in our travels that people all want the same thing, good health, a safe community and prosperity.
