We want to try RVing

So my family and I want to try RVing. We have been looking at trying to rent one, but everyone rental agency that has availability for the weekends I have off from work want double than the places that are booked. Clean, non-smoking family of 4. Looking for a short 3 day weekend to Lancaster, PA from central Jersey.
