Wasn't in Canyonlands but was in Arches Saturday before the snowstorm arrived. Saturday was mostly cloudy a few spots of sunshine then some very light rain around 6pm. Was half expecting snow throughout the night but nope. We left Sunday 8am and headed back to Denver arrrrrgh ski traffic. the Moab area was looking for 4-8 inches under a winter storm warning. There was a fair amount of snow on the ground already from previous snowfall. Any place that didn't get sun all day still had snow on the ground. One hike we bailed on as too much ice didn't bring the yak traks. Delicate Arch was good except for the last 100 yards which was icy but doable though saw a couple sliding on their rear ends to get down. Wanted to get up to Dead Horse Point but by the time we got done in Arches it would have been dark by the time we got there. Saw half a dozen tent campers at Arches in the campground no RV's though.
