I just got about the same size trailer. Mine is a almost 38' with four slide-outs. I went with the BlueOx Sway Pro with 1500# bars. They also sell bars separate, and can be upgraded to 2,000# bars.
I have previously used a Reese Dual Cam (17,000 version), a Hensley, as well as a standard EZ-Lift hitch. I like the Sway-Pro the best. I'll try to post a full review later tonight. I've been on the road enough I haven't had time yet. Here's the short version: It tows great, and most surprising is how much better it all rides. I get no bounce or shudder being transferred from the trailer. I really like the light-weight greaseless spring bars. The only real problem I had is the shank corners were not radiused enough for my receiver, so I had to spend a bunch of time with a grinder to knock them down, which means it's not fully powdercoated anymore.
