Weight distribution needed? Help interpret CAT scale numbers

Can you please help me interpret these CAT scale numbers and whether weight distribution is needed here? Is lifting 280 lbs off of a 4,780 lb front axle significant to handling? The tow vehicle ...

In the initial post, the OP lists "TW Calc". How does one go about calculating the tongue weight if the trailer has not been weighed by itself and disconnected?

It seems that what the OP did was simply subtract the unhitched total TV weight from the hitched total TV weight. However, doesn't that ignore the fact that some unknown amount of weight is also transferred back to the TT axles?
