Weight distribution needed? Help interpret CAT scale numbers

Can you please help me interpret these CAT scale numbers and whether weight distribution is needed here? Is lifting 280 lbs off of a 4,780 lb front axle significant to handling? The tow vehicle ...

I tow with a 2015 Ram 3/4 ton with a factory hitch and I am not having any issues. My TT is right at 6000 pounds dry and around 7800 loaded. I also haul several hundred pounds of stuff in the bed when I went to deer camp. I plan to make some long trips at some point so I will probably get a simple WDH just to add piece of mind.
