Bought Michelins for my 2006 Dodge RAM 2500 a couple of years ago...IIRC they were LTX, but not sure. Anyways, first trip out with the new truck tires was a white knuckle trip for 5 hours!! When I first got on the highway and up to speed, my wife was looking at me like what the heck is the matter! I kept those tires for a couple of more short trips and multiple adjustments to my Equalizer hitch. I finally called Tire Rack and explained the situation and they graciously took them back after I had already put about 2-3,000 miles on them. I ended up going back to the original Goodrich tires that came stock on the truck. Problem solved after I readjusted the hitch back to the original setup.
