Wet baths: good or bad?

I've been ogling the Evergreen Element for years. Such a nice trailer, but with a wet bath, at least on the smaller models. Anybody have good input on these things? Do they complicate a basic shower experience terribly? Can you shave in those small sinks/mirrors? Are they difficult to keep clean and mildew free?

For small trailers and campers, wet baths are a necessity to keep from using up valuable space for a separate shower or bath. My preference is a separate shower like I have in my trailer, but my camper has a wet bath. I use the camper the most, but I also have an external water heater with separate water tanks and an outside shower for use when I feel like setting it up.
