The biggest problem I see with the people in my area is when there is fog. We rarely ever get fog in my area. When we do people are still driving along at there normal speed even though they can only see 5 feet in front of the car.
Scares the heck out of me.
Now, if we get a little snow everybody slows down. Sometimes too much really. I test the action of the brakes and check my visibility. Then I decide how fast I should drive based on that.
