What air compressor do you carry?

I have a Viair 12v for roadside issues that could arise and I also carry a 110v 3 gallon Briggs and Stratton air compressor for any other needs I might encounter. It's big enough to run a brad/finish nailer or pump up tires. The best part is the price $60 at Walmart. Link

I have a Fini AirBoss compressor that I use for this duty. It seems decently well made and is nice and compact and does just fine to get tires to 80 psi. Compared to some other oilless compressors it is quiet, which means it is pretty loud but not HOLY MOLEY IS THAT LOUD loud.

Lowes seems to stock them sporadically, and even more sporadically have them on sale. Sears has them also rebranded as Craftsman and with a somewhat increased price. Various places online also have them.

I installed a VIAIR on board 12v system, 2.5 gallon tank 150 psi. Takes up zero space in the TV or 5er, as it is mounted inside the side wall of the truck bed.

Bought this VIAIR Compressor on Amazon.
I had installed a PacBrake on our old 2001 Ram 2500 CTD, which came with an air compressor, new 2016 Ram has factory EB so no air compressor. It took about 10 minutes to realize that I missed it greatly.
I devised a mount for the tank, and for the compressor bracket, that didn't require drilling holes in the body or frame.

This is the tank mounting bracket, it uses two bed mounting bolts and two existing threaded inserts near the bed bolts.

Compressor is wired through a relay on 10 gauge wire to come on with the ignition.
The air is useful for airing up tires, and running air powered nailers and staplers. I installed an air chuck in the corner of the bed by the Tailgate, and one under the hood.

Another Satisfied Vair user here.
About 40’ of 1/4” air hose covers any situation.

I carry a 2hp stacked two tank 2HP Emglo that airs my 125psi tires easily.

Russ did ya add air horns?

Viair 88P. Reasonable price ($65) easily airs up 80 lb tires. Has to be hooked directly to the battery, pulls 20A.

I use this compressor from Home Depot to air with. light and 135 PSI does anything I need for the RV, trailer, car, motorcycles. If I don't have power I just start the genny and do my business.

I have had a truck air portable one and it has worked well for me. I believe it goes up to 120psi
