what are the most common things that break?
I have seen several threads asking what tools should be in the rv toolbox. The electrician will list multimeters and connectors and a welder will say..you know how it goes. So maybe a better way...

I carry my 18v cordless drill and a bit set. Basic hand tools which include channel locks, screw drivers, plastic cable ties, duct tape, 1/4" drive socket set, heavy duty scissors. Not all that much is needed really. Any thing like bearings going bad or brakes I will call a mobile repair guy.
