1. Tires. Bring tire care and wheel changing tools.
2. Day Night Shades; if tension is too high or they are use improperly the friction strings break.
3. Screws for vent cranks like to back out. #2 Phillips screwdriver. You'll need that for routine maintenance too, like pulling the grill to clean A/C filter.
4. I've had to replace the sparker/flame sensor for the water heater once. Small wrench or nut-driver. Water heater should be drained regularly, I use a short adjustable wrench on the nylon plug.
