Thank you both so much for the heads up. I have read the Crazy Horse bio and bury my heart at wounded knee. I need to look for the I am the Grand Canyon. Right now I am reading " Mr. President" , George Washington and the making of The Nations Highest Office by Harlow Giles Unger. I have discovered that the setting up of our government to have been as acrimonious as this last election of ours. I have Pat Conroys last book sitting on my bedside table. When I saw it on the Costco tables a few days ago, it brought tears to my eyes. We will never again see a new book by the great story teller.
