I got the slippers shown by iamichabod from a local Gander Mt store several years ago. They got uncomfortable and the padding got thin, so I added a pair of 3/4 arch supports that I had around. Not they are much better than they were originally. Also, the tie on the top tightens around the back of the heel, helping keep them on. It does not tighten much across the top of the arch at all. I was about to give up on mine, as the heel kept slipping under my foot, so I tigntened the tie, and they work well now. Probably get another year or so out of them.
