I guess you can call me a Debby Downer/Doubter, but with all the stuff you want to put into your Burb, it's 1/2T rating with a non towing rear gear ratio, along with wanting to tow in the mtns almost any full profile trailer IMO is not going to make for a pleasant or good tow experience. Not only the weight, but to wind drag is two big strikes against you and the only way around that is to consider some sort of low profile (hybrid/Popup) type trailer.
Just seems like you're trying to put that 10 or even 15lbs into your 5lb SOCK:E
