I was looking at all these changes for my F150....needed to upgrade the radiator and transmission cooler to the HD unit. Was looking into upgrading the axles too.
I decided it was not worth it and I sold the truck. :(
I purchased me a commuter car cheap on gas for work and am currently saving for a used Sub 2500 8.1 or Excursion V10 to be a competent TV that I can pay cash for.
I hate to say this...either stick with something around 3,000 lbs UVWR or upgrade your TV.
