We just moved 30 miles to a new park today. Upon arrival we noticed scratches on back driver side corner of motorhome. We can not possibly think of anything that we could have gotten against. We were at the last location for a week and parked each day right behind the motorhome. Never noticed a thing!! Any ideas what could possibly have caused such marks?
I would go with the "tail swing"theory. I drive a straight truck for a living and it is so easy to brush something and never feel or hear a thing. The only other explanation is if you stopped somewhere and someone brushed against you.
Looks to me like you turned just tad to early and scrubbed the power pedastel or a rock or post at the site. My brother did that and swore he did not, but I saw him do it.
The post reminded me of a story I read a few years back.
It was a picture of a RV that had been on a 4 post lift jack at a motorhome repair facility. Only it had slipped, and one post went into the side of the RV and out the roof - somehow.
The RV owner saw the post, and made some comments about it. I don't know what I would do if a RV facility called up and said "We sort of had a problem while repairing your RV".
I know guy who was test driving a Jaguar he had just repaired and given a tune up and test drive, he crashed it. I think the repair shop owner wanted to just do the body work, paint the car, and get it back to the owner in 4 days.

Make the picture public.
Post the "direct" link to the pic, not a link to a page with the pic on it.
That's pretty bad. Did you have a cover on this MH?
