What constitutes proper dog walking?
I'm curious, having read some comments about walking dogs to poop in front of a site... When I take my dog for a walk in a park with paved roads bordered by grassy sites I encourage my dog walk on ...

here is one to ponder for the let it poo (and pick it up) folks,
your sitting at your picnic table having supper, its 25 feet from the road cause the sites are not all to deep or they are sideways to the road, someone comes along with a pair of very large rotties, the one stops and is sniffing so the owner stops and watches it and it drops a huge steaming pile right there fully visable and smellable right dead center of your site and not much over 20 feet of where you are trying to enjoy your dinner,,,,,, picked up or not that can kind of ruin someone's appetite,,, and in this particular case that I mention the person chose to leave it, and had the nerve to give a dirty look and mumble some profanity when I said "excuse me you need to pick that up" only as she began to walk away. the fact here is, it went sour when the poo began to drop, my son was almost ready to loose his supper at the table as the dog was squeezing it out, we were in shock at that moment that this person could see we were eating,,, like come on, there was 50 to 100 feet of green space in between sites drag you dog over there to crap.
