I'm still trying to figure out why we have to park in the dog area when we have two cats who never go outside??
You don't have to. I have dogs and they always want to park me right next to the dog walk area. I finally told one CG I did not want to park there. They told me they park dog owners there as a courtesy so they don't have to walk so far and that it was not mandatory.
Since that day I tell every CG I am at I do not want to park near the dog walk. First it stinks, second it's the biggest concentration of dogs walking back and forth in front or along side your site every hour. Too much activity for me.
I still think ALL CG's need to start making campers pay a fine for letting their dog dump ANYWHERE but the dog walk area.
Start charging them and I'll bet you there won't be any long leashed walks on the way to the dog walk area.
It's the only way we are going to stop dog owners who don't follow CG rules to stop ruining camping for others that do follow the rules. And if they don't like a CG charging a fine for it......they can find another place to stay.
