We have two rescues. One is a Maltese/Shiz Tzu and the other is a Shiz Tzu. The one came from Charlotte Nc. and the other from a puppy mill in Ga. The one 4form the puppy mill will only pee and poop om the road. She will not go on the grass or dirt. I do carry bags and and pick up the poop after they go, Still haven't found a way to pick up the pee.
