I have a set of bedding in the rig, a set of dishes (fairly minimal, with paper plates and utensils), and a couple changes of clothing, and some basic long-lasting food/water containers. That way, should I forget absolutely -everything- (even my clothes), I won't be too bad off for a camping trip. I even have a tablet with 4G whose home is in the camper, so I have basic Internet access even if I forget my phone.
