- mowermechExplorerOur coach is a Fleetwood Southwind 32V.
The "32" is the nominal length in feet (give or take a foot or so).
I have no idea what the "V" means, if anything. - allen8106ExplorerSome of these have been mentioned. Jayco uses some, maybe not all of these. I certainly have never found rhyme or reason for the numbers. I used to think they were lengths and that may be true for some but I don't believe it's true for all.
My Jayco is 31.5 RLDS, it's rear living with double slides.

- Chuck_thehammerExplorermine is 29 FKCS
29 is feet of body
"F" is Front
"K" is Kitchen
"C" is Fiberglass (type) of siding... as aluminum was also available in this model
"S" is 1 Slide. - AronExplorer

Seems to Keystone measurement isn't a given. We have a 2955RL, most things tell you the first two numbers are the length. Nope... that is unless 29 = 32. Because it's classed as 29ft but the Keystone manual says it's length is 32. Didn't know that until AFTER we got it.
My understanding is that the number (29 in this example) is the approximate length of the living space. The total length would include the receiver, A-frame area (battery and propane storage mostly), and bumper. - n7bsnExplorerSometimes the number means "length"
Sometimes the number means "square foot"
Even that is not consistent, Northwoods old 26-5C was longer then their 27-5L - BB_TXNomadNumbers don't really mean a lot. Don't relate much to length.
RL = rear living
FL = front living
RK = rear kitchen
BH= bunkhouse
BR = bonus room
CK = center kitchen
RD = rear den
SA = side aisle (as opposed to an open bath, but most plans are now side aisle)
Probably missed some. - korbeExplorerCF25RS = Crossroads Fifthwheel 25' long with a Rear Sofa.

- Biker1mikeExplorerAs far as I can tell, the more letters and the higher the number, the higher the price.
