I have all of that with Blue Ox components. Except the TPS monitor. Aventa bar, Patriot II 2016 brake system, Blue Ox base plate, and wiring including a towed battery charging circuit. Works great.
4 down towing a newer Wrangler is easy, automatic transmission in "park", manual transmission "in a gear" (not neutral), and transfer case in "neutral". No key in ignition required, as the steering doesn't lock, like most other toweds. Works for us.
