- The_TexanExplorer2011 Chevy Silverado 1500 Ext cab. Add base plates plus wireless magnetic tail lights, put transfer case in N, shut and lock the door, stick key in my pocket and off we go. Very easy and NO mods required.
- TrackrigExplorer II2002 Jeep Wrangler. Jeeps are very common toads so I bought the towbar off of Craig's List. Had to buy the base plates for my particular year. Jeeps are easy to tow and they get you off of the pavement.
Bill - D_E_BishopExplorerI have a 1995 Sidekick and a 2006 Grand Vitara. They had to be modified with Brackets/baseplates and I like using the OEM tail/brake lights so installing diodes and running wires to the rear of the towed and connection on the front. Just teasing bumpyroad about the mods. They both tow flat without any vehicle mods.
- Dadio24Explorer2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I already had the Demco Dominator tow bar so only had to add the Blue Ox baseplate, electrical jumper for lights and BrakeBuddy. Already road tested this summer...

What do you tow behind your Motorhome and what did you have to do to make it towable.
2003 jeep wrangler or 2010 jeep liberty. no mods needed, no speed/time/distance restrictions. transfer case to neutral, tranny to park, key in ignition to unlocked/off position (wrangler only), hook up and go. couldn't be simpler. - BumpyroadExplorerfirst S-10 auto pickup, needed drive shaft disconnect (horrible)
then tracker, dakota, nothing required.
I would not get something not towable as is for a toad.
