leave a letter of instruction as to your burial. cremation? burial? wake? graveside service? religious or not? favorite song? favorite verses?
these things will just make it a little bit easier for whoever has to make the decisions.
if you want them to keep it simple, say so now. or if you don't care what they do since it's out of your hands and concern, say so now.
if there is anyone in particular you want to be notified...old friend, etc. list their name/names and addresses if you have them. sometimes, this chore gets omitted.
