WOW, what a bunch of wonderful posts. I whole heartedly agree with emptypockets/Everett, do make sure Heaven is your permanent home. My husband passed away 7 years ago. We had moved to Bothell and were trying to get him a lung transplant. In the end, he got bronchitis, ended up in the hospital and MRSA landed in his lungs and that is what took him.
My only advise is to love each other to the fullest in the time you have left. Be thankful for each and every day you have each other. My husband almost died in 2001 and I was lucky enough to have him with me for another 6 years.
