I'm not easily offended, especially when someone is taking the time to make a suggestion they think will help me. Kindness counts for a lot in my book. However, the purchase has been made and I am happy with it. Of course there are still some tweaks to be made, but DH would shoot me if I wanted to buy a different RV at this point. ;)
