What grease is best for repacking

I think you will find that all NLGI Grade 2 lithium complex grease (designed for wheel bearings) has a high temp drop point. the actual working temp of the bearing is probably significantly lower but high temp is specified due to latent heat added under heavy braking or load conditions. Just curious, I have the same axle make and was wondering how the bearings looked and how much grease was present in the hub if you used the grease fittings to add grease.
