What happens when a bear gets locked in a car?

I don't believe the owner. I see a full soda bottle on the floor of the car and my guess would be that the car had other litter in it too. Don't know about his locks and alarms but that doesn't ring true either. Also, if a Mother bear is locked inside the car and the cubs are present like he stated, how is approaching the car with a fire extinguisher going to be a good solution?
