Well, I can tell you it's a dual-purpose key... The allen key will go in the head of a screw, and the fingers will go in a spanner nut of some sort. What are those attached to? That's a VERY good question...

I'd be looking at something that's specific to your camper... Maybe a door, or a hinge, or something along those lines... Maybe something for turning the gas on and off to the stove?

I'm curious as heck!

Not sure if it is Delta, but, it is a faucet tool. It is for removing / replacing the handle and cartridge.

Maybe the spanner wrench for tightening the collar that holds the sink drain in place?

Its original use was to accurately measure the distance from the Earth to the Moon.

In early '70s a few of us used it for communications using 200 Watt CO2 LASERS and 8 inch reflector telescopes equipped with IR photo-diodes.

Aiming can be compared to hitting a running rabbit in the back of the head with a .22 rifle.
