What is most important to you at an RV park

Full timers may have different wants. Here's ours: 50 amp electric in summer, water, sewer. Level sites. Convenient location where we can get cell service and Verizon internet signal, things to do in the area, shopping and restaurants within driving distance. Easy in and out, not necessarily pull thru. Reasonable price for what they offer.

No grumpy people, primarily retired, who complain about pets, kids, length of grass, cleanliness of bath house, and generally just like to complain.

Pet friendly and enforced pet rules and all rules. Honestly, the trip I just returned from it was unsupervised kids and noisy adults who were more of a issue than any pet we came across.

No pets.

Pets are fine IF the owners only allow them to pee and poop in their own RV site and/or the animal designated park area!!!!!!!

Water front site.

Required: FHUs + cable and WIFI. Playground and pool for other people's kids. I have none. Pull thru level sites. Bonus points: Owners on the premises. Propane filling station, daily newspaper delivered to my site, owners or at least locals in the office that can direct me to the best grocery, drug store, hardware store, things to see and do, and things to skip. Finally, not crowded. And that's easy because I've described KOAs and there's lots of folks on here that wouldn't stay there for free. :)

No golf carts running all over the place.

Space between sites
Ambiance, and view
Quiet at the appropriate times
Cleanliness, and maintainance
Pet friendly, and host that enforce pet rules
Concrete/asphalt pad wide enough for camper and area under awning
Reliable elec service should be a given at CG's that provide it, but judging from the number of times it's been mentioned it must not be.
