What is the best BBQ grill

I had to toss our old BBQ grill this past trip. I was hoping to get through the season and replace next season but it wasn't to be. I have been looking at the little portable Weber Q1200's. Does any of you guys use this grill for just the weekend trips or do you know any others you would recommend?

  • We have the Webber Baby Q. It works off a small propane bottle or you can get a hose and adaptor to hook up to a bigger tank.
  • Mrs. S got me an O-Grill from L.L. Bean a few years back, and I absolutely love it. The best part about it is that the grill itself is cast iron. Once it heats up it cooks wonderfully. Great grill lines on the steaks.

I in fact did attempt to do a search on here however as happens often on here it isn't fruitful. It does seem like a pretty nice little grill.
  • Don't think you can beat the Webers Qs. For traveling in the RV, we have the smaller BabyQ which is plenty big for the two of us. For group functions, it is too small, but just for the two of us, it fits well in the small amount of space available. At the S&B, the bigger 2000 model is great!
