What is the best sealant for around pipes ?

I just made several holes for pipes into the side of my trailer and into a poly dock box nest to it.

The siding on the trailer is aluminum and the dock box is vinyl.
The pipes are 1" and 1-1/2". what is the best sealant to seal where they come through ?
