What are you towing with?
Where do you RV/camp?
I sometimes park the trailer in locations that place it and the tow vehicle at extremely different angles/elevations, which is fine with my Equal-I-zer. I don't know if those high dollar hitches can accommodate those scenarios.
If I was towing heavy/long with a short wheelbase vehicle, I might consider the HA or PP hitch. Realistically, one should try to balance their trailer and tow vehicle to prevent sway in the first place, then select a hitch. JMHO
