What is the dumbest thing you have seen while on the road?

Coming home through the construction zone on I-80 last evening.
Heavy holiday traffic and the speed drops from 70 to 45 in a short distance and narrows to one lane.
One impatient driver with an older truck, towing an older single axle travel trailer, decided not to wait it out like the rest of us and drove across the median ditch to take another longer route.
He plowed dirt with his hitch but made it.
I'm sure the inside of the trailer was well shaken.
