What is the secret cleaner

I have washed and waxed my fifth wheel every year,but I still have trouble getting the ( silicone or whatever sealant they use) and the plastic moulding pieces cleaned. They get that black mildew looking stains on them, is there anything you guys have found that works. Thanks in advance.
