I just got back from a trip to the Great North West. I visited my dad after 16 years of not traveling up his way. He's been down a few times and we've been in touch on the phone and on the internet....

Tillamook ice cream can not even begin to compare to Umpqua Ice Cream!!! Next time you come up, try it.....:) :) Tillamook is our 2nd choice. And if you stop at Rice Hill (north of Roseburg, south of Eugene on I5), there's an ugly little trailer with a carport that sells ice cream. They use Umpqua Ice Cream and make the BEST, absolutely BEST milk shakes :) :)
