Get a tire pressure monitoring system (TPMS). You can watch the tire pressures and temperatures while traveling. It will alarm on a low pressure or a high temperature.
True it will not prevent an instantaneous blowout. But it can definitely prevent destroying a tire that has gone low on pressure while traveling. With the alarm on low pressure you can pull off before you ruin the tire.
Many of us use the TST 507RV monitoring systems and are very happy with them. Well worth the investment.
