There are two tools you can use to monitor tire temp.
Parked, the Infra Red pyrometer gun someone above linked to is a very good device, i have and use one, Like it too.
IN-Motion.. One of the competing Pressure Pro systems actually has temp monitoring as one of it's functions.. If you get that one put the monitor (Receiver) on your CO-Pilot's dash so he/she can take notes for you..
NOTE TO PRESSURE PRO: If you are reading this what is needed is a program (Driver) and interface package so you can run a program such as Microsoft Streets and Trips with GPS to record your travels, and have the program log time, temps (including an ambient air temp sensor) and GPS location (All 3 Lat/Long & Altitude) every so many minutes .. Would make for some interesting analysis.
