I know Jayco introduced white cabinets in their 2019 Jayflight Bungalow line. Since Jayco owns StarCraft and Indiananna's TT has white cabinets, then there may be others.
When we bought our TT last year (it was a 2017 model), my wife complained about the dark interior. I was a little hesitant to show her the photos of the 2019 with the white cabinets since she loves white cabinets.
