What people in 1900 thought year 2000 would look like

I like the slideout decks. That smoke is probably the pig roast in the back, takes a lot to feed all those people.
The tires are just fine, this was way before China bombs.

Every one is sitting outside. Apparently the weather is warm.
So, the smoke from the chimney is probably from the steam engine providing the power.

Next question, is it a class A?
And, are the wheels/tires too small for the apparent weight? :)
