Wow, just watched the video within you link, and it blew me away, because I don't picture Oregon as having dunes.

its a great place. I live about 3 mi. from the sand probably going to take the grandson out tomorrow with his quad.
do your research as camp spots are a PREMIUM in the summer. state camp site are almost impossible do to reservations being made almost a year in advance. privet camp grounds are your best bet. weather is iffy last summer was great late August and September, October are the best.
