Over my years and miles of travel, I have had to make a handful of repairs. Once I needed to caulk a leak. I had a door latch break and the repair required a screwdriver. I had to replace a water pump...another screwdriver job. On the road or at home, I have never had a job that required an impact wrench. I did need a breaker bar once.
Well thanks for your two cents. I will keep my impact set thank you. I do not relish the thought of waiting two/three even more hours for a service truck for a simple flat tire.
In all the traveling we have done actually the only thing we have used out of my tool kit was the impact and the compressor.
On a trip south I ran over some screws in Valdosta,Ga. One flat on the truck two on the trailer. Impact is a hell of a lot easier than a tire iron and a cheater bar. I need both 2k Hondas to run my air.
