It looks like his power cord is already off the ground and he couldn't back up. It's a tree for crying out loud. It probably needed trimming. And instead of going over to help, you sit by and snap photos of the guy from a couple sites away. Keep watching, you might even see his doggie pee before he gets to the dog park. That will make another great post.
