Pullrite can be added to your Level 1 list.
Equal-i-zer 4pt and Reese Strait Line/Dual cam can be added to your Level 2 list.
Eaz-Lift, Fastway E2, Curt WDH, Reese standard WDH, and some more brands offer basic WDH functionality with optional fraction bar sway control in the $200-300 range for Level 3.
My opinion is to at least get never get a Level 1 WDH for TTs. While there are many happy owners, there are far more unsatisfied compared to Level 2 and Level 1.
