I never understood why anyone would leave there RV hundreds or thousands of miles away from where they live.
If I cant have it at my home than what's the point of owning one, cant think of the repairs needed when its time to use it not knowing its condition..

People keep seasonals down South or out west to avoid the bitter cold winter, you don't have to shovel rain.
There's no way in God's green earth that I would spend the summer in the desert, but like you said to each his/her own.
As far as mobility I own another RV for travel. The seasonal is a destination trailer and no way would I want to pull it back and forth.
